Author: Dennis Dufrene

Dennis is a 10 year veteran of the Technical Writing field; writing for industries that range from Culture/Tourism to petro-chemical to IT services and all points in between. In his off time, he dabbles in the wonder world of Linux. Presently, Dennis works as a Technical Writer for the Software industry. In both positions, he began to perfect his writing, editing and copywriting skills. As a Technical Writer, Dennis effectively communicates with a variety of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create clear, concise documents from highly complex information. When Dennis is not Technical Writing, he is has his hands in a number of Linux cookie jars. Whether it is providing documentation support for Bodhi Linux or answering support questions about XFCE on the message boards. His most recent project is here at Freedom Penguin, pointing out the diversity and robustness of Linux by highlighting the various businesses and organizations that rely on Linux everyday.
